Soft Tissue Therapy & Bodywork

IASTM · Graston Technique · Cupping · Active Release · Sports Orthopedic Recovery

Clinically Proven · The Gold Standard

IASTM is a hands-on, evidence-based therapy that uses specialized stainless steel instruments to detect and treat soft tissue restrictions, scar tissue, and fascial dysfunction. The tools allow precise detection of subtle changes in tissue texture and apply targeted pressure to break down adhesions, improve mobility, and accelerate the body's natural healing response.

Graston Technique is one of the most recognized forms of IASTM, used by professional athletes, sports medicine clinicians, and physical therapists worldwide. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic tightness, or looking to move and perform better — manual therapy gets into the tissue in ways hands alone cannot.

Sports orthopedic recovery is the clinical framework that ties it all together — addressing the root cause of pain, restriction, and dysfunction in athletes and active individuals so they can train harder, recover faster, and stay in the game longer.

Sessions are tailored to your specific needs. You guide what areas need attention — we handle the clinical decision-making. Cash-pay only. Book online or call to schedule.

Dry Needling

Intramuscular Stimulation · Trigger Point Release · Neuromuscular Recovery

Precision Neuromuscular Treatment

Dry needling uses thin monofilament needles inserted directly into myofascial trigger points — hyperirritable spots in muscle tissue that cause local and referred pain. Unlike acupuncture, dry needling is rooted in Western anatomy and neuroscience, targeting the mechanical and neurological drivers of pain and dysfunction.

The needle creates a local twitch response in the muscle — an involuntary spasm that releases the trigger point, reduces pain signaling, and restores normal muscle function. The result is immediate reduction in tightness, improved range of motion, and accelerated tissue recovery.

What to Expect

A brief assessment identifies trigger points, followed by precise needle insertion. Most clients feel a local twitch response and immediate release. Mild soreness for 24–48 hours is normal and indicates the tissue is responding.

Hijamah
Book Now

Wet Cupping Therapy · Single-Use Cups · Strict Sterilization Protocols Every Session

Hijamah is an ancient therapeutic practice with deep roots in Islamic medicine, mentioned in the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ as one of the best forms of treatment. For centuries it has been practiced across cultures worldwide as a powerful tool for healing, detoxification, and restoration — and its benefits are just as relevant today.

The practice involves placing cups on specific points of the body to create suction, followed by small, superficial incisions to draw out stagnant blood and toxins from beneath the skin. The result is improved circulation, reduced inflammation, relief from chronic pain, immune support, and accelerated recovery.

Whether you come to Hijamah through faith, through curiosity, or simply through a desire to feel better and perform at your best — the body responds the same way. Healing doesn't discriminate, and neither does this practice.
